The Polyglot Cruise offers a full refund until December 31, 2019. After this there are no refunds offered due to high fixed costs.
Coronavirus (COVID-19) Extraordinary Terms and Conditions
In light of the global pandemic of COVID-19, we have decided to offer more flexibility in cancelling/rescheduling your Polyglot Cruise, as we believe health and safety to be the most important factor in any event.
Option 1: Transfer ticket to Polyglot Cruise 2021
If you take this option, 100% of what you paid will be transferred to the next Polyglot Cruise as a credit. We aim to run the second Polyglot Cruise in the spring of 2021, or when the Corona virus is well and truly dealt with, whichever comes first.
Option 2: 50% no-questions asked refund
If you take this option 50% of your Polyglot Cruise ticket fees will be refunded within 30 days of the cruise finish date (no later than May 25th, 2020).
Anyone accepting this offer before March 22 will not be eligible to transfer their cruise ticket to the next polyglot Cruise, nor be able to take advantage of any potential future arrangements, compensation and offers provided by The Polyglot Cruise organisers in relation to Polyglot Cruise #1 (April 18-25) if and when they are introduced.
Important: As the situation is rapidly developing, we can only offer these options until March 22, 2020.
